Soft on the inside with an enviable crunchiness on the outside.
Its long leavening will give you the sensation of biting into a cloud as well as a unique lightness during the digestive phase!
Ingredients:
- Durum wheat flour
- Waterfall
- Salt
- Natural yeast.
The sourdough bread is produced in sizes of approximately 430g and approximately 270g.
Nutritional values per 100g : energy 245 Kcal, carbohydrates 41.90 g, proteins: 9.10 g, fats: 5.70 g of which saturated 0.98g, fiber 1.40 g
In order for this product to maintain our high quality standards, it is shipped vacuum-packed with 80% cooking, therefore the customer will have to finish it for a couple of minutes in a preheated oven at 180/200°.
If upon receiving the order you decide not to consume the product immediately, it must be placed in the freezer and only once completely thawed can it be placed in the oven for approximately 5/6 minutes to finish cooking; the result, once cooked, will be that of freshly baked bread from your trusted bakery.
