Homemade bread

Ingredients:

- Durum wheat flour

- Wheat flour

- Waterfall

- Natural yeast

- Salt.

Nutritional values: energy 350Kcal, proteins 13.80 g, carbohydrates 74.67 g, sugars 2.67 g, fats 1.51 g of which saturated 0.277g, fiber 6g, salt 0.8g

In order for this product to maintain our high quality standards, it is shipped vacuum-packed with 80% cooking, therefore the customer will have to finish it for a couple of minutes in a preheated oven at 180/200°.

If upon receiving the order you decide not to consume the product immediately, it must be placed in the freezer and only once completely thawed can it be placed in the oven for approximately 5/6 minutes to finish cooking; the result, once cooked, will be that of freshly baked bread from your trusted bakery.
